********THE FOLLOWING SAUCES ARE NOT IN PRODUCTION*******

THAI DEVIL...Peppers-Salt-Vinegar
Someone asked me to make a HOT SAUCE that was hot and they did not care about flavor.
However, heat an flavor came out of this one. Thai and Habanero peppers, vinegar and salt. Both peppers have such profound flavors that work well together.

THAI'd UP JERK...A hint of the Islands with the spice of Thailand, Mon!
Spicy, Herbie and Earthy with a blend of apples and raisins.

SEVEN DRAGONS... My Seventh Sauce
I just made some bread and butter pickles and had leftover brine
(apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery and mustard seeds)
So I fire-roasted Anaheim peppers, onions and garlic, blended them in the brine with Thai peppers...
.....and it worked!!!
Within 3 heartbeats you get cider-sweet-heat in that order and by the time the heat kicks in, you miss the cider.....and the burn lasts a bit longer.

THAI'd UP MONKEY...Green Chili Coconut Curry
An classic from India. The Green Thai Peppers are hotter than the red ones.
Blended with coconut milk, sweetened coconut and a hint of curry.
I love it with sticky white rice or crispy spring rolls.

RAGING MARY...Bloody Mary Lovers United!!
I love Bloody Mary's so I was working with fresh green jalapenos, red onions and Worcestershire, then added celery salt, black pepper and a blend of my spices for Bloody Mary's.
Added fresh lemon juice and zest then a hint of wasabi (for that horseradish kick).

KIMCHI SAUCE...Did I mention, I LOVE KIMCHI!!
Fresh brined Napa cabbage mixed with all the kimchi spices, cured for 1 week and mixed with fresh ginger, garlic and soy sauce.
I like this one chilled and I dip tator tots in it.

BEAST IN A BOTTLE...A Floribean Fusion of Heat and savoy flavors in a bottle.
My first sauce with Habanero peppers, tomatoes, onions, carrots, apples, mustard and tomato paste blended with limes, vinegar and a hint of cocoa.
Deep, rich and SPICY!!....I mean HOT!!! But you get flavor first.
